Sotra
The Sotra was a 137brt Norwegian vessel built as a steamship in 1903 but later converted to diesel. She was 32 metres in length. She ran aground and sank in 1988. The wreck lies on her port side with the bows at 8m and her stern in 18m. The hull is intact but the wooden parts have rotted. There is an anchor at the bow. This is a rather silty site so careful finning is required. Photo: Illustrert Norsk Skipsliste AS Links |
