Skjongflua is an isolated rock marked by a post. The seabed drops away into 50+m. The soundings on the chart suggest this site may be the N end of a reef running 500m SSE to Snøggeflua. This site is advertised by a local dive shop as a scenic dive with a wide gully and kelp forests. Anglerfish, lobster, and many soft corals are reported here.
